The developed program provides for the young men of the studied category to go through the following stages: corrective stage (20 classes); stage of general physical training (20 classes); stage of technical-tactical and functional training (30 classes).

The phased and balanced use of physical therapy tools, according to the professor's methodology, will ensure: increasing the individual level of physical (special physical), technical-tactical and psychological readiness of young men specializing in sports for competitive activities. Eduard Yeromenko also devoted the article to the characteristics of the logic of selecting pedagogical conditions for the professional training of future physical culture teachers for organizing individual work with students. He established that in modern pedagogical research related to the problems of improving the functioning of pedagogical systems and increasing the efficiency of the educational process, the aspects that are of greatest interest are the isolation, justification and verification of the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions that will ensure the success of experimental activities. The professor first generalized that pedagogical conditions are a purposeful selection and application of a set of measures, interrelated prerequisites, forms aimed at forming all components of the studied process, as well as achieving the set goals.

In professional training, the pedagogical conditions presented by the professor are significant circumstances on which the level of mastery of professional activity by the future specialist depends. The following factors are included in the pedagogical conditions of professional training of future physical education teachers for the organization of individual work with students by Professor Yeromenko: actualization in future teachers of the conscious choice of the professional and educational trajectory of the formation of readiness for the organization of individual work with students; enrichment of the content of pedagogical education with worldview and subject-specific knowledge about the organization of individual work with students; use of the developmental potential of the educational environment of a pedagogical institution of higher education for the development of the skills and abilities of students and cadets in the organization of individual work with students; conducting systematic pedagogical monitoring of the formation of the readiness of future physical education teachers for the organization of individual work with students.

The pedagogical conditions for the professional training of future physical education teachers for the organization of individual work with students in their interconnection and complementarity, determined by Professor Yeromenko in the process of experimental work, made it possible to prove the adequacy of the tasks set and their effectiveness.

Major contribution to the development of international scientific thought. In Yeromenko's research, the effectiveness of the pedagogical system for training future physical education teachers to organize individual work with students has been substantiated and experimentally proven. The professor selected the following as the main components of the system: subsystems (methodological, content and diagnostic); pedagogical conditions (ensuring the value and motivational professional orientation of training future physical education teachers to consciously choose means in physical education lessons; creating an information-rich educational environment; managing practical educational (in particular, independent) activities of students in the direction of enriching the professional skills of future physical education teachers in designing methods for individualization and differentiation of physical education of schoolchildren; integrating into the content of various types of practices a set of tasks, the solution of which involves the development of creative methodological projects by students).

Professor Yeromenko, for the first time in science, developed a pedagogical concept for training future physical education teachers to organize individual work with students, which is presented at three levels: theoretical, methodological and practical. He experimentally proved the effectiveness of the developed structural and functional model of such a pedagogical system, which is represented by blocks: target; theoretical and methodological; praxeological and technological; diagnostic and evaluation; effective. Each of the blocks performs its functions, which are provided by their components.
